Return Policy for Tumbler Cups

We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return anything from your order, please review the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

1. Returns are accepted within 48 hours from the day it was recieved.
2. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
3. Custom or personalized tumbler cups (e.g., engraved or designed-to-order items) are not eligible for return, unless there is a defect.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, contact us by phone 6822386024 or email passionempire1989@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items 

1. If your tumbler cup arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
2. Provide photos of the defect or damage and your order information for review.
3. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

Refunds

1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
2. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

1. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
2. To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
   

Non-Returnable Items

1. Items not in their original condition or that have been used, washed, or altered in any way or with your name on them.
2. Gift cards, promotional items, or clearance products.
