Order Placement
- To place a customized order, customers must submit a request through our designated order form or customer service channels.
- Customers are required to provide accurate and complete details for the customizations, including but not limited to size, color, design, and any other special requests.

Customization Process
- Once your order is received, we will review the customization request and confirm the design and details with you.
- You may be required to approve a sample, mock-up, or proof of the design before production begins. We will not proceed with production until we receive your approval.

Changes to Orders
- Custom orders are unique to each customer, and once production has started, no changes can be made to the design, size, or other specifications.
- If changes are requested before production has begun, they may be possible; however, this could impact the processing time or result in additional charges.

Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Customized orders are non-refundable once the design or customization process has started, unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

Lead Time and Delivery
- The estimated delivery time for customized orders will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Please note that custom orders may take longer to process than standard orders due to the personalization involved.
- While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged during shipping, or do not match the approved specifications.
- If a product is found to be defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will review the issue and offer a resolution, such as repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

Ownership and Use of Design
- By submitting a customization request, you confirm that you own the rights to any designs, logos, or images provided, or have obtained permission to use them. You grant us permission to use these materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling the custom order.
- We retain the right to showcase the completed design on our website, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quality Assurance
- We strive to provide high-quality custom products, but please note that slight variations may occur in materials, colors, or designs due to the customization process.
- We are not responsible for minor differences between the sample/mock-up and the final product.

Limitations of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the custom product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the customization or use of the product.

Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any delay or failure in fulfilling your customized order due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, labor disputes, transportation delays, or other events of force majeure.

- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to you. By continuing to place customized orders, you accept the revised Terms.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located within Texas.
